Autumn Chill Chai-Tea-Ni Martini {& 9 Festive Fall Drinks}

I am sharing a really delicious Autumn chill chai-tea-ni martini!

Recently some fab Canadian blogger friends asked me to participate in an Autumn Drink Hop.

I’m not going to lie.

When I think of “Fall” drinks I have a pretty unoriginal image pop into my mind.

Probably the same one you have? {Or maybe you are more original then me.}

Hint: it rhymes with bumkin diced pate.

Okay. You got it.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte.

But that, my friends, is NOT what I am here to share today.

I decided to hop outside the box a little and think of something a tad spicy and creamy that will really warm you up.

Well, India is a warm and spicy country and they sure know how to brew amazing Chai Tea. And we all know what they drink in Russia to stay warm….

Why not mix the two? How about a Chai-Tea-Ni Martini?

Yes, please!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka preferably Vanilla
  • 1 oz Light Cream or milk
  • 2 oz Chai Tea Mix
  • Additional:
  • Cinnamon for the rim or top
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions

  1. Measure the vodka, light cream, and chai team mix into a martini shaker with ice. Shake lightly until blended and pour into a Martini glass that has been rimmed with cinnamon. Add some whipped cream or a light dusting of cinnamon on top.

Smooth. Creamy. A tad of delicious spice. And it warms you right up, from the inside out. Perfect for a chilly autumn evening in front of the fire. Or watching “Suits”. Your pick.

    1. Hi Andrea! I used a liquid chai that I bought at the grocery store- but I am sure you could just make up a small amount of your powdered version and use that. My liquid type has you combine it with half milk and half concentrate to make your regular chai tea latte, if that helps:)
