Weekend Cuppa Tea: 15 Seriously Fab Halloween Projects
Hello All! I love a warm cozy cuppa tea. Nothing quite like it to relax and refresh at the same time.
You know what else I love? Being inspired. And every week I find a whole lot of new inspiration out there amongst all the talented bloggers that I follow or that I meet through link-ups. This week I found my inspiration at the Halloween Blog Hop going on (right now!) on my blog along with NINE other blogs!! If you have some projects, all the cohosts are sharing them throughout the month… so be sure to hop over and link up.
Here are some of my favourite fun Halloween ideas from the Blog Hop so far…Time to sit back and enjoy this week’s brew.
How fresh and crisp looking is this Chevron and Spider Wreath by Chelsea at Making Home Base?? I guess I am not the only one loving chevron and spiders together this season!
This Spooky Door Décor by Jen at Pink When is another cute way to add a little Hallow’s Eve to your front entrance.
This fun Pumpkin Patch Sign by Lindsay at My Creative Days would be cute outside your front door too.. just be prepared that someone might actually come looking for pumpkins:)
Seriously adorable is how I would describe these Halloween Newspaper Rosettes by Cindy at Little Miss Celebration… a great way to add some Halloween décor that isn’t too spooky!
Want some simple and fun art for Halloween… check out these free printable Mr. and Mrs. Skull Cameos by Alexis at Persia Lou.
Another fun idea for some wall art is this Quilled Paper Skull DIY Project by Christy at Confessions of a Serial Do-It Yourselfer… it has such pretty texture and detail and was crazy-thrifty!
I love this sparkly gorgeous Recycled Ribbon Spool Pumpkin by Cristina at Remodelando la Casa… such creative upcycling!
But if you can crochet… maybe whip up some of these stinkin’ adorable little crochet pumpkins by Iuliana at hip 2 thrift. If I start now I might be able to pull some together for next Halloween.
These Easy No-Sew Pumpkins by Tausha at Sassy Style are super cute too… and I love the “Junk Bow”…check out her post for how to make one of those as well:)
This Felted Pumpkin by Amy at Delineate Your Dwelling is a MAJOR stunner!! The detail and texture is sooooo pretty when done in all white – you would really only need one as a standout piece.
I did some spray painted spell books this year… but an alternative project would be to just make some of these Free Printable Halloween Book Covers by Little House on the Corner. So fun!
I am also swooning over this Quick and Easy Halloween Pillow by Amanda at Jedi Craft Girl… Halloween must be making me clairvoyant because I am seeing one of these in my near future.
I also love these DIY Painted Halloween Pillows by Ashley at Our Little Villa – another reason I need to get a Silhouette Machine…
This Halloween (faux) Mantel décor by Jeanie at Create and Babble is so fun and pretty and I LOVE those hanging medallions!!
Aren’t these painted crows (DIY!) on burlap layered over sheet music such a pretty, natural, rustic approach to Halloween décor… by Cindy at DIY Beautify.
Such amazing creativity and craftiness!
